Job Description

• Prepare and serve beverages – alcoholic and non-alcoholic – to Jagoda's quality and presentation standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and recommend items from the bar menu when asked.
• Maintain responsible service practices, including checking ID and monitoring guest consumption.
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and set up correctly for every shift.
• Handle billing accurately, including cash, card, and room-charge transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff so food and drink orders arrive together.
• Report stock levels and flag low inventory to the outlet manager before it runs out.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements for alcohol service.
• Handle guest requests and minor complaints politely, escalating anything you can't resolve.
• Support event and banquet service at the bar during weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
